An auteur is a filmmaker whose individual style and control over all elements of production give a film its personal unique stamp, and makes a video original.
I have chosen a music video by a band called Bloc party, the track i have chosen is called One Month off. I chosen this video as it shows the use of children's fairytale stories with a modern twists with the addition of war with tank's, bomber planes and grenades, to give give a more cynical view on something that should be nice and entertaining for young children. I chose it also because i thought it was unique and different.
